Hi,
I have accumulaled a lot of water park tix over the years. (buying 7 day hop+ tix). My family are not big water park fans (they like the resort pools).
Is there anyway I can "trade" these in for park tix or for something else.

Has anyone done this?

Thanks

From what I understand, the "Pluses" have no dollar value, so they cannot be used for credit towards another pass.

I am sure that you know that the "Pluses" are also good for Pleasure Island admission.

I wish that I knew how to advise you. If I were in your position, I would give one of the water parks a try on a non-park day. They are not your "ordinary" water parks. We have only ever gone to Typhoon Lagoon because it is very tropical and pretty and we find it relaxing.
Or I would "share" your "pluses" with a friend or relative who is going to WDW.

:)

I don't think you can trade them in either, sorry :( I agree with the previous poster that you should give the water parks a try- they are really a nice way to relax out of the theme park :) However, if you are sure you don't want to go and need to be 'unburdened' of them, I would be happy to use them up for you :) We have regular APs, so we pay to go to the water parks- and unlike you, I have a family of 'fishes' :)

Can the "pluses" be used at Disney Quest too? I forget, we usually don't get the "plus" tix.

They can't be used at disney quest. I believe they are also good for the sports complex. If you are just accumulating them then I agree with prior posters, give the water parks a try. We love them. Also try pleasure island. You have nothing to lose.

Thanks for the help.
We're actually a young family who go to WDW almost every year.
On our week long trip, at the most, we'll go to a water park once. Right now I have 12 plus passes. I'm trying to decide what to buy today for our July trip. I wish there was a 7 day hopper without the plus.

Not a big problem, I'm just checking all my options.

I think when my 2 kids get older, we'll probably look at water parks differently.

Thanks again

Dave,

I understand completely. We have 7 days hoppers with 4 pluses on each. We don't do the water parks either. The pool at the hotel is plenty for us. I really wish Disney Quest was included as a plus--or better yet, just sell 7 day hoppers without the pluses.

Maybe you can get two sets of 4-day hoppers for each person? I know that comes to a total of 8 days -- but you know, the unused days don't expire... guess you'd have to price it out to see if it's worth it -- I know the bigger ticket pkg the bigger the discount....

You are right about getting more when you buy more. ::yes::

At Paramount the price for a 7 day hopper (with 4 pluses) is $317 including tax per adult, That comes to $45.29 per major park day. So you can consider the 4 pluses a "gift." (Not to mention the free Disney Quest pass that you get with this pass when you order from Paramount.)

If you buy 4 day hoppers from Disney (who almost always has the best prices on "plain" hoppers) they are $215 per adult inlcuding tax. That comes to $53.75 a major park day.

Makes more sense financially to buy the 7 day hopper plus even if you never use the pluses.
