Unused MNSSHP or MVMCP Party Tickets

I don't know what to do. I may be returning to school in the fall, so I may not be going on my Fall trip. I LOVE MNSSHP, but I don't know what to do.

Do I buy tickets now because the nights I can go are the 30th and/or 31st?
Do I wait until later in the Summer (like around August) to buy the tickets?
If I buy tickets now and then find out I can't go, can I resell (no profit) them to get some of my money back?

When does the part of the 31st (and maybe the 30th) usually sell out?

No... I'd like to go to at least one party, would prefer two...but I'd okay with one.

Sigh...I wish I knew what direction my life was going. It's wrecking havoc with my Disney trip planning.
