I love the idea of minimizing waiting in lines ... but for the lower crowd times (i.e., January) do you follow the touring plans?

And how much do you diverge from the "plan" ? Could I do ToT or E:E (you know, the fun stuff) 2 or 3 times? Would that throw us off too much?

We want to enjoy things - but also take advantage of all the UG research (just finished that chapter in the UG).

Especially when touring during off-season, we just kind of go with certain principles rather than following the step-by-step plans. With my crowd you always have to be ready to stop and hug a character or take an extra ride on certain attractions. We have discovered that if we know to be in certain parts of the parks at certain times, and always have FPs in hand, we'll be OK.

BTW: I enjoy and use the info in UOG a lot, jut not the touring plans

Never followed one of the plans. I do follow the principles, which is why TGM works for me. If it was just me and DH, I might consider using the plans, but with DS6 anything that rigid is not going to work. I adapt stuff, so I might use a little bit of the Fantasyland plan, in regards to which to hit first. DS6 usually wants to go on things again and again, especially Splash Mountain. I try to go on those repeat rides first, so it's not such a hassle to keep riding them.
