Thanks - Yeah there are about 34 ads and trackers on their site
I allowed those for testing as well as third party cookies, tried several computers including one I have that is very open as well as the phone. No luck.

Not that pushed so Ill wait for a email response.

Mostly posting so if others still have issues they know its not just them.

BTW: I can buy regular non-ap epic tickets without issue.

I did see that Rick from Rix Flix ended up having to drive over yesterday morning to get tickets - so lots of issues I guess.
Did you try using Duck Duck Go as your browser? That one usually works for me when others browsers don't.

I was able to get 1 day tickets for 5/28 for my family of 4 to EU. I got lucky, I was able to purchase pretty early before the system crashed. Now I'm thinking maybe I should have gotten 2 park days instead of one. My kids are so spoiled by EP, they hate waiting in line (usually stay at HRH). I'm thinking it might be better to splurge on express passes instead though. Do we know/think they'll be available the first week? I'm sure if they are they'll be incredible expensive. We'll be in Orlando 5/26 (Mem Day) - 6/4, planning 3 nights at UO, 6 nights at WDW.

Thanks - I'm pretty sure its an account issue - I was looking at my wallet in the app and I have many inactive APs and tickets from over the years - but also a duplicate of my current one that is inactive.

So I have an active and an inactive AP that expire In a few months on the same day - I suspect they did not account for that when they set up the site.

This is related to a failure with their systems when I was there in September. The app was no longer showing tickets so they had to issue me an AP so I could enter the park. Was pretty annoyed that day as it wasted a ton of time on a busy morning at the park and now it looks like its kept me from going to Epic for opening day.

BTW - I see they finally sent the email to AP folks yesterday around 4PM so the folks that are not as in the loop as the folks here are now trying to buy tickets - the wait time went from 0 to about 40 minutes at that point - so if your on the face about tickets in the early days of opening - like the first few weeks - I would not wait too long.

I guess Ill be waiting for general availability of epic tickets to see if the opening weekend is available - I was tempted to buy a three day - but I find that to be a waste unless I can upgrade the days at US\IOA to a new AP - and its no guarantees to get in on the 22nd.

I am not sure I expect EP to be offered at all for the first few months, they will need the crowds to be fully spread out.

I think they will have VQ and EP from the beginning. I'll definitely get EPs if offered.

Packages for 5/22 are still available.

Thanks - My concern around this is actually getting into Epic on the 22nd - I am tempted.

I'm guessing you will need to be there at 4AM to get in - just thinking back to Galaxy's edge for example.

Yup - even if its once per ride its worth it Id guess - will probably still be cheaper than Lightning Lane max - or whatever they call it.

I’m now being told that I need to complete my account set up. I have an active AP that is linked to the account. I don’t know what more they want.
That is what I get as well - I'm now in that endless loop in the APP as well as the website.

In the app you can see used and expired tickets - in my case there is a duplicate AP with the same expiration date.

DHS didn't have any restrictions when GE opened. No park reservations. No restrictions on AP holders.

Guests with tickets will get in. How long will we be waiting on line is the question..VQ? Disney opened DHS hours before posted hours.

I'm just saying people were there very early - before the parking lot even opened.

How this will work with Epic on the day will be interesting - that's all - if everyone with 2 day tickets shows up they may hit capacity and you may have to wait till someone leaves etc... How staying on property or having a single day dated ticket will play into - who knows.

I just have my and my daughter’s APs. Both were activated in September 2023, but don’t expire until December 2024. I’m going to be at Universal in a couple of weeks. I’ll stop at guest services and see if they can help.

I wouldn't count on it. The EP for the existing parks are somehow limited by the fact they have to offer them in bundle with the hotels. This new park doesn't have that clause, they're free to set the price they think people will pay.
It won't cost as much as the MK LL deluxewhateveritscalled (the park has a lower ride count), but it'll be sensibly more expensive than the original parks.

I'm also curious on whether they'll offer both Express Pass and Express Unlimited. I'd personally like to get as many rides as I can on all the coasters, especially Stardust Racers :D

IDK - I expected the park tickets to be more expensive than they are - but I guess they really want to compete with Disney (I said compete - not beat - just for those that like to jump on that).

Express pass for 1 park can already get pretty expensive - 155-240 for memorial day weekend for IOA once per ride - and it can get as high as 310 Christmas weekend - so Id expect the 200-350 range for Epic - and for Epic I think its worth it.

Will be interesting to see how they price it and how it will work- Im sure they are seeing the negative feedback on the Disney LL Premier+ and will take that into consideration when they price it..

I talked with the other Orlando AP friends we have and they said they didn't need to be there the first day and they are looking for if/when soft openings occur for APs. I was interested to see if they got caught up in the glitches many expressed they had but it looks like they decided to just wait it out a bit.
