So is summer sold out? when I got to the place to select dates, June, Sept, Oct, all grayed out, but then I hit back or something, and they showed up again. I really have NO idea when we might go, if fall break or when, so idk what to do today. I think I have FOMO and worried about everything selling out. We could do a summer trip I think.....summer is SO hot af though, so idk....maybe will try to get back and in and look at late June. the kids' seasonal APs would be good, but no other special events going on, but I know the point is Epic.
Good luck to those still trying. I was able to get to the purchase page, but didn't complete anything since unsure what we're doing.
Will let you know if\when I get in - but it just updated to "1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket add-on for Passholders for May 22 - 25 are currently unavailable." I don't think other dates are an issue at this point - the first week is the big one I think.

After 5 hours of being in virtual queue and at the same time being on hold on the phone (phone was a hot mess, online ticket office couldn’t help, finally got someone on the passholder line and got disconnect 4 hr 45 minutes in while they were telling me my total cost 😩) I got 2 days May 29 and 30 for the three of us online. Luckily did not get the dreaded blank screen/inactivity notice. I was pleasantly surprised at the price since I was hoping for 200 per person and our total was 990 with tax for 2 days. We are staying at Helios for 4 nights and that price was 340 a night ( I had been bracing for deluxe Disney prices but got cheaper than some moderates!)

I feel like I need a Valium after that….it was a cluster

Well after all that got redirected - had to sign in - and then sent to the screen where I am stuck in an endless loop

Was going to try to get some screen shots of the next few months prices if I had gotten in - just glad I am not actually in need of these tickets

My countdown finally ended now I’m stuck on this screen for about 10-15 min.
Should I x or go back ?..

Got my ticket purchase confirmation - and this is the language that still gives me concern (yes I am a person with anxiety issues!) -

The ticket entitlement is valid for entry only on the date selected at time of purchase and linked to a current and valid Annual or Seasonal Pass. Must present physical annual pass or your linked annual pass (Universal Account Wallet) and photo ID for entry to the park.

I know the initial language says the AP only has to be valid to purchase. I have a screen shot of it. So my tickets are linked to a pass that is currently valid. I am really hoping this does not give me trouble. My AP expires in early November and I am not planning to go at all in the next 12 months, but I will probably get a new AP during my Dec 2025 visit. Guess I will have to be sure to hang on to my AP card and take it along, as I doubt it will still be linked to my account.

8 hours in the queue on the app and when it redirected me to purchase, I got a blank screen. While muttering homicidal thoughts at my phone, I closed and reopened the app and thankfully it took me straight to the purchase page. 2 days in August for 3 of us was $964. Wasn’t really planning a trip in August but here we are.

Final update...after 7 hours and 57 minutes (between online and phone), I finally have my 2 epic tickets for September. Seems beyond opening week, almost every day is available. No idea why the online wouldn't work, but the lady on the phone was very nice, and only took a few minutes to complete the transaction (after being on hold for about 30 minutes).

Good luck to everyone...calling may be the way to go

Man, sorry to everyone who had to go through all of the tech mishaps. I truly feel for you. I even braced myself mentally knowing that could easily happen at any time but thankfully we were able to get the days we wanted, June 27 & 28. Had no issues on the site at all, other than a ~4 hour wait in the VQ. Entered around 6:30am and got the tickets shortly after 10:30. Sounds like I got lucky... 😣😅

Hmmm. One more question - did you click on the special offer for single day tickets for AP holders link and not the general buy tickets one? Other then that, just sounds very glitchy.
Lol this is NOT user error. Their system was obviously overwhelmed.

Seems crazy that after being on sale for almost 12 hours only first few days are unavailable.
I think people are reading into this too much. Like are we really complaining that there is too much availability? Pretty sure the people who couldn't get tickets throughout the day have been upset and annoyed and I'm pretty sure everyone would be extremely upset if they sold out with no availability seemingly for the rest of the year or around breaks where people are more likely to go. But a note about summer is they are opening it where summers in Orlando are hot hot hot and WDW attendance has absolutely ebbed over the summer months being slower there plus there's the apprehension about crowds and wondering if there will be any ebbing and how quickly there will be right after opening.

*not completely aimed at you just a general thought, it's like Universal would be darned if they do and darned if they don't on ticket availability.
