Ok being Canadian I found a 1-877 number at Universal and called them.
I can buy it at the water park ,,online through them and via phone.
I did ask about chlorinated and salt water and it seems it is all chlorinated water ,,so sad for me as I can't do that with my skin condition but I will still get a ticket and go with family.
