Universal to Disney?

I'm sorry if this subject has been covered before, but the "search" doesn't seem to work for me!

We have reservations for 7 nights at HRH in April. We only plan on 2 days at Disney, so thought we would skip a rental car. Can anyone tell me what my options are for getting to MGM and MK from Universal? And what the costs might be? ie., taxi vs. shuttles, etc.

Mears shuttle will take you for $12 pp round trip. The town car companies run about $55 round trip for up to 5 people I think it is. We will be doing the opposite and will be going from Disney to Universal and Mears was the least expensive for us because there are only 2 of us. The Taxi company I emailed quoted about $30 each way!
