universal to BCV--food shopping

We'll be moving from universal to BCV and will need to food shop along the way. We will have a car, but will have limited driving experience in the area. Where's the best place to go?

Publix Grocery stores. They are all over. Best prices, selection and service.

I heard they opened a Winn Dixie in the area and there is a coupon for it in the Entertainment book. Is there a reason you don't like this store or is it a location thing?

I have always used Publix in the past, but the last time was two years ago.

Also, is there a Bjs nearby?

If the Winn-Dixie is new, I imagine it's OK. Their older stores tend to be less then clean. Publix are always up to snuff and I like the service like cutting a piece of meat to my liking to questions about a medicine I might be on.

Go to Publix.com and select store locator. You can find one on your route or nearby. If you have trouble finding it, call the store and they will talk you to the door. They do it everyday.

Thanks. They list two in the Orlando area: Conroy Road and Wateford Lakes. None are listed in Kissimee or Lake Buena Vista. Are you familiar with either of the above locations? The map they give on their site really didn't have any road which I'd seen before so that I could place the location in my mind.

Thanks.I am editing this to say that I found out from Mapquest that the Conroy Road one is only about three miles from the Portofino Bay Hotel. Thanks.
