Universal tickets for february

Hi all! First time planning a Universal trip, have done Disney so many times I feel like I can plan in my sleep . Looking at the site, it seems too early to purchase our tickets for early February. Any ideas when these come online, or is there a certain time frame we should wait for discounted packages to start showing up? Thanks for any info!

In the past I have bought tickets several times from the visitorlando.com site on Black Friday/Cyber Monday as every year (although I didn't check this past year and they might not have had it with the pandemic) they had an additional 5% or 10% off their already discounted tickets.

In 2019 they had the discounted buy 2 days, get 2 days free promo that all the other sites had but also had an additional 5% off on top of that.
