Hey everyone!
I am having a a hard time deciding what would be best for DH and I's 10 night trip. It is just us two, no kids.
Should we stay two nights at a Universal area hotel (I don't think we would pay for onsite) and then move to WDW for the remaining 8 nights, or stay in WDW the whole trip and take two separate day trips over to Universal?
The plus side of staying near Universal would be being closer to the parks so we wouldn't have to wake up as early, and also have the freedom to go home midday for a break if we desire. Or to go home and chill and come back to City Walk at night. On the down side, we wouldn't be able to use DME for our arriving flight. Another down side I am thinking is that DH might get Disney'd out, and that it would be better for us to sprinkle in the trips to Universal throughout our Disney stay. But that means waking up early and being "trapped" at the park all day.
We have never done a long trip like this before and are both very excited
, thanks for any insight you might be able to provide!!
