Universal Studios Outlet Store?

Does anyone know if Universal Studios has an outlet store like the Disney Character Warehouse stores anywhere? If not do they have areas within the parks where they offer their old discontinued merchandise clearanced?

Right as you exit Studios you will find a small mostly outdoor store with clearanced merch.

When we were there last April they didn’t have any clearance merchandise there in that shop. I had seen some previously there years ago that’s why I posted the question hoping they moved it or opened a store somewhere.
