Universal Studios Doubletree Hotel

Thinking of staying here this fall but would like to know from anyone who stayed here if it is a good place to stay. I will be with the wife and girls 6 and 8. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Lawerence -AKA- KY07 stayed here , i think he posted pics of the rooms on a trip report, and was more than happy with it.

As Robert said we stayed there in 07 and 08 and enjoyed the hotel
Its not a fancy hotel but its nice clean and has such friendly staff and lots of places to eat out that is in walking distance plus is only a 10 min walk to universal.
