Universal shuttle to/from hotel and cab from Fort wilderness to Pop

here's the thing...we are taking a shuttle from the Pop to Universal on our first full day staying on property so we can check out the Harry Potter ride and then the rest of Universal. That evening I have reservations for the 9:30 Hoop Dee Doo Revue. First, Does anyone know if the shuttle from Universal will bring me to a different resort than the one I was picked up at? Second, since the parks will all be closed by the time our dinner is over, I'm planning on taking a cab from Fort Wilderness to Pop. Has anyone done this before? Will the folks at the restaurant call a cab for me? Any information or advice you can give would be very greatly appreciated!

When you get to the bus stop, for your ride back to WDW, just tell them you are going to Ft. Wilderness. But, the issue will be that they most likely won't be able to take you to Pioneer Hall....you will have to take internal shuttles from the main area to Pioneer Hall.
Or, you can ask to go to the CR, and then take the boat to FtW from there...the theater is about a 4 min walk from the dock.

As for returning to POP...there will be buses running to the various resorts after the last show. When you exit the hall, you will be directed to the area where the buses will be. Each bus will have about 4 or 5 resorts to stop at. It isn't fast, but it's free. If you need a cab, again, you may have to take internal buses to the main area...but I'm not absolutely sure about that.

Thank you so much for the info!!! I didn't know anything about the buses running and that's definitely the way we will go. Thanks so much for the tip about going to CB and taking the boat to Fort Wilderness, again something I had no clue about! I can now just relax about the whole thing and have a good time.
