Yeah, I'm happy for Universal and all I have to say is very well deserved

Also very happy that the 3 parks we're visiting next summer also got awards (Cedar Point, Holiday World & Kings Island). We're doing a road trip to those parks after my DDs get out of school in June - can't wait!

I don't know about the 'Dark Side'. I don't understand why everyone tries to compare the two parks.

I don't think US/IAO are anything like WDW. US/IOA are all about the thrill whilst WDW are about the imagination.

Why can't people just enjoy both equally. I know, I know, I am living in a dream world with my 'rose coloured glasses' on. But common folks, there is enough time in your life to enjoy it all - and you should!

Only 4 weeks, 1 day till our US/IAO & WDW holiday.

We were there this past summer and my sister had to drag a disabled woman out of the water after her elderly parent lost hold of her in the wave pool and not once did a life guard answer the people yelling for them or even leave their post to come check on the disabled woman, her elderly parents or my sister.

Not impressed.

I enjoy both equaly.Ask anyone that knows me on this board and they will tell ya Epcot is my fav park.I was just merely stating that Universal is finaly getting some well deserved recognition.You are correct,alot of people try to compare the two.You can't,it's apple and oranges..
