Universal Resort Hotels Bag Search

Firstly, thanks to everyone for the great information on here - really helpful.

This will be our first time staying at the Universal Resort - staying at RPR. From the other threads, it seems a short pleasant walk to IOA. What I'd like to know is where is the security bag search for hotel guests? I've only ever been through the one upstairs from the taxi drop-off.

Either as you board the boat or along the walking path as you approach city walk. Depending on how you choose to get there.

It's not airport security, just a quick look inside any bags. Not much of a hassle at all.

Right before you get to Margaritaville at the end of the walkway from the hotel or as you get on the boat.
