Universal questions???

We are coming to Universal 6/5/19-6/10/19. We are using the Superstar Shuttle. Where in the airport to we go to get on it? Where will we print our tickets? We're staying at Loew's Royal Pacific. We purchased the photo package. Where do we get the card for that & does it come with a lanyard? Any other tips would be good as well. Thank You!

What they told us is that when we check in we will each have a folder with our tickets and everything already to go

you will activate your photo package at the photo store in the parks - yes you will get a lanyard

If you can cancel your shuttle reservation, consider anything else. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are all so much cheaper if traveling with others. The only time it’s remotely cheaper is traveling solo. Just throwing that idea out. (Uber is $35 to Universal and $25 or less back to the airport).

I just booked the shuttle for my Sept trip. They sent me an email I printed. You go down to ground level transportation area. They have a desk where you check in and get your folder. It’s in the same area as the Disney Magical Express.
In Sept it’s just me so I’m trying the shuttle, $39 RT per person. In April I’m going with my daughter so booked a car service for that trip.
