so we are heading to Disneyland October 31- November 5th. We plan to visit universal on the 2nd.

1.how do we get the ea lay entry for universal ? I see its from 9-10 and regular hours start at 10
2. What time should we get our shuttle to pick us up to bring us there ? Staying across the street from Disneyland
3. Should it be super busy on a Wednesday afternoon !

For now that is all I can think of !

1. There are special VIP passes that you can purchase, but I don't think they get you early entry.
2. Traffic from Orange County to LA can be really crazy in the morning. If you're expecting to get there before 9 you need to leave well before 7.
3. Expect less crowds than Disneyland. It shouldn't be too terrible in early November.

Thank you so much for your reply !!
Guess i need to look more into how to get early entry !! If not we can be there for 10 at opening !!

manqvu is correct. Buy your ticket on line and get early entry.

We were there in June and as previously stated...buy tickets on their website and you should get early entry. We were there on a Friday in early June and also purchased the express pass good for one time on each attraction as we thought we would need it. We didn't....especially getting there an hour early, we could have walked onto everything in the park with virtually no wait.

We went on a Friday in September. As others have said, if you purchase your tickets online from Universal you get the hour extra (which was fantastic)!!!

We needed to be there at 7:00 and left our Hotel at 5:45 (per the Drivers advice) and arrived just in time to walk right through. The way home, on the other hand, took us over 3 hours. We hired a driver as there were 6 of us and I was so glad not to be driving or getting back on a full bus after the day. We were scheduled to leave at 6:00 but were ready to go at 4:00 so we just called at 2:00 and he came and picked us up early. It really made it nice.
