I just realised I never came back on this!
So it happened on Monday 28th May, just before park closing behind the JP Discovery Centre, overlooking the lagoon. I'd had the ring with me all day, which took in breakfast at the Polynesian at Disney, a trip to Epcot and then finishing off at US/IoA. There were quite a few opportunities during the day, but none of them felt quite right. Just before park closing, I told her I wanted to take some pictures at the lagoon of the Park, which she thought was normal. I walked her through the smoking area in confusion (
); and we got to the lagoon with just me and her. She was distracted by the fairy lights on the Trolley Train and I was down on one knee when she turned around. Complete shock, but thankfully said yes. In hindsight glad I held off and did it at IoA. It's her happy place!

I did ask Universal if there was anyway we could have the CCTV clip of the proposal but unfortunately they couldn't oblige.

In even better news, we were going to Cyprus for a week in October.. now we're coming to Florida for 11 nights in November instead!
