Universal Park Hours? and a restaurant ?

We are doing our first Universal trip in December and can't wait!!

I'm wondering when and where I can find December park hours and if anyone knows what time the parks typically close.

Also, if we want to eat dinner at Margaritaville in City Walk, when do I have to make a reservation?

you can make reservation on opentable.com usually 30 days in advance, we love it there but also lombards is great inside universal

December park hours wont be out till around September.Last year the parks opened at 9am and closed between 6p-7pm depending on the days .Christmas week hours were longer opening at 8am and closing between 10p and 11p
