I just returned from a weekend at Universal Orlando. Here are some photos I took. I hope you enjoy.

Welcome to Universal Orlando Resort

The bridge to the Royal Pacific

Boat transportation to and from the Loews resorts

I stayed at the beautiful Loews Royal Pacific Resort

My standard room

Standard Bath

I loved the themed scale models throughout the lobby

I saw this beauty on my walk to the new Cabana Bay Resort
*Note - You may not officially walk to the Cabana Bay Resort

I did enjoy the architecture

This reminded me of the old Miami Beach motels

The huge Skyliner Diner

The bowling alley looked fun

The lobby theming was nicely done

One of the pool areas

Buses take guests to and from Citywalk

The mini golf attraction at City Walk

Thanks for posting,great pictures.

Looking forward to my own trip in a few weeks.

Glad they kept a memento of Jaws.

Great pictures! Can't trust that Spider-Man though - J. Jonah Jameson was right.

It's always so exciting to see a new trip report- especially with pictures. Thanks for that.... I'm so excited for my upcoming trip now!

Did you have any ice cream at Florean Fortescue's? What was your favorite flavor?

So glad you posted your pictures! I'll definitely recommend your TR to those "wondering if they should visit Universal!"

Loved your photos! Makes me want to go back really soon!

I love the Royal Pacific!

Great pictures Mike, thank you for sharing!! We've never been, but are planning our Universal trip.... this just makes me more excited that we're going!

So, do tell.....where did you eat, what did you have....etc....what was your favorite thing to do ? Inquiring minds want to know! :rotfl:

I had a burger at Cabana Bay for dinner the first night. It was okay. lunch was at Mythos. I have do you salmon, which was pretty good. The service could've been better though. Dinner that night was at Jake's American bar and the Royal Pacific. I had the fish and chips which was very good.

I don't really have a favorite thing. It was a great trip throughout.
