Universal Orlando App question

Hello! My family and I will be going to Orlando in late March/early April. One of our days (April 2) is our Universal Orlando/Islands of Adventure day, and we got four 1-day park-to-park tickets. I am usually the big planner in the family, so I thought I would scan all our tickets into my app to manage them (and also for backup, in case we lose the paper printouts). When I scanned them, the app asked me for the name assigned with each ticket. I did enter the names, same last name and my husband's & kids' first names. When I now open my mobile app (on an iPhone SE), it shows the four tickets in my wallet but not the names that are associated with them. Instead, the app shows four different tickets, all of them linked to my name.

What did I do wrong, and is there a way to fix it????????

I had the same issue with the names all changing to my name. I used the contact us link on their website (you can call them too) and after a couple emails they were able to fix it. I gave them the ticket numbers and the names that were supposed to be with them. I also gave them the email address I used for logging into my app so they could go in and change it.

Here is the numer they had in their email reply to me if I wanted to call them.

I had the same thing happen! It must be a glitch in their app. They’ve fixed two tickets so far, and I’m about to load the third. I’m not holding my breath it will work! But fortunately they can fix it pretty quickly.
