I am not sure it is possible to do both parks in one day and see everything and get your moneys worth. Which one would you choose over the other if you had only 1 day and why? Thanks :)

Universal Studios. It's possible to do much of both parks in a day but not everything. IMHO, Spiderman at IOA is the best ride in Orlando. You can skip most of IOA and not miss much so that's why you can see both parks in a day. The Dr. Doom ride is a poor imitation of ToT at Disney. Of all the water rides at IOA I'd only make a point of riding Jurassic Park. The others are fun but will get you thoroughly soaked.

That's a tough question to answer as there are rides at each that we never want to miss - Mummy, MIB, ET (and probably now Simpsons) that are among the must-dos at US; and Spiderman, Ripsaw Falls, Bluto's, Jurassic Park among others at IOA. We generally buy the tickets that allow access to both parks so we can get in at least some of these from each park whenever we go. You might consider that type of ticket along with the express pass to get in as much as you can on your one-day visit.

Sorry i am going to be of no help, but i could'nt choose,i would pick out the things you deffinatley want to do in each park+try and get them done.It would be a shame for you to miss either park in my opinion.x.

Depends on your style and if you have been to either before. If you love rollercoasters I would say IOA. Universal is a great park with a lot to see and do so if I had one day to do just one park I would probably do Universal. I dont think there is a lot of must dos at IOA so if you got there at open and hit a few of the fun rides depending on if you like rollercoasters or not you can probably get both parks in a day.

I would do my favorites at both parks. The two park ticket is only a few dollars more.

That's what I was going to say.... only a couple bucks more for the 2 park pass.....

Either that, or extend your stay
:teeth:

If I were there just for 1 day, I would choose IOA. The attractions are so good, the themeing so over the top, it MUST be seen to believe. Go and spend an entire day at IOA. You'll love it.

:scratchin Thats a tough one.:scratchin I would have togo with IOA.But if you know what you want todo do both like the others said.

You actually can get your moneys worth by doing both parks in one day! The parks are right next to each other, literally! You can walk out of one and into the other.

I'd pick Universal because my kids aren't into coasters.

There's more at Universal for them to do with MIB, new Simpsons ride, shows, Jaws and a couple of other things they like.

I just asked DS12 and he agreed with me - he said he'd want to go to Universal Studios over IOA if he could only pick one.

Since Simpsons is the newest attraction at either park, I'd pick US.
Plus Mummy is a favorite also.
