Hey everyone, I had a couple of questions about my upcoming trip to Universal, which hopefully someone on this board can help me with.

I bought a 3 day ticket, but the one that only allows you to visit one park a day... Say that I change my mind and want to upgrade in the middle of the trip, will Universal allow me to do that? I know Disney does, not sure about Universal.

Also, I will be staying in a hotel over on International Drive, it's called Monumental Movieland. According to some of the online reviews, the walk to Universal is only 15 minutes long. I tried looking up a possible walking route on Google Maps but the Universal Road, the road that walks you up to Universal doesn't appear to have any sidewalks....:confused3
If anyone has stayed in that area, or has anymore input on this, it would be much appreciated.

Yes...you can upgrade your tickets. Just go to Guest Services and they will take care of you. As far as walking goes, there are sidewalks everywhere around Universal. It looks like you'll walk straight down Universal Blvd from I Drive...just be careful crossing intersections. Everything is pretty much tourist friendly in that area so you should be fine.

Hi scasta86,

We always walk to Universal when staying on idrive near Wet & Wild it's really easy. Although not really visible on google earth there is indeed a side walk on the right hand side of Universal Blvd (towards Uni) that takes you all the way up to the bus garage at City Walk.

Hope you have a great time.

I think my hotel is across the street from Wet and Wild....
How long does it take you to get there walking?
