Universal/IoA w/ peanut allergies?

Hi all
We have been to Disney many times, but this will be our first trip to Universal with out daughter (6) and I was there last in 2000. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and Disney is great with this, was wondering what everyone's experience was @ Universal/IoA with peanut allergies. Anything to avoid? Thanks!
