Universal Gift Cards

Can we buy a Universal Gift card then use it to buy food at all the restaurants like we can at Disney?

Right now we're looking at the following:

3 Broomsticks
Lombard's
Kitchen
Bice

Bice & The Kitchen are both in hotels on property. If the Kitchen will take them why wouldn't Bice?

I never ate there so I cant comment.I would assume they do, but not sure
