universal early park admit

We will be staying at the Hard Rock in feb 2017.
When I check the early admit time is says not available for either parks . regular time openings.
This is one of the perks we were excited about.
Is it possible they haven't released which park yet .This is the same for the whole month for both jan and feb months ..no early park access.

Correct. They just haven't decided yet which park it will be.

There's always at least one park that has early entry. Imagine how many p*ssed off people staying at Cabana Bay or Sapphire Falls (who's only park perk is early entry) if they didn't have one.

If you look on the site and go backwards in their early entry calendar you can see what it was last year in Feb (Universal side, we were down there at that time).

This year when I go down (In January) I'm hoping it's IOA
