Hello,

can anyone advise if Universal Studios in Hollywood has a pass for disabled people to queue separately? I emailed them and asked and they said to just goo along to their customer relations dpt when we arrive however I would like to know if they provide any assistance in advance in case i need to take documents with me as proof.

thanks

Parks are not allowed to ask for proof of a disability. Just go to customer service, as they said, to get a guest assistance pass. If it works the same as at Universal Orlando, you will be given a time to arrive at each attraction and then you will enter the express line so that you aren't waiting in the regular line. However, I'm not certain that it works the same, as this board is for Universal Orlando.

This might help: http://www.universalstudioshollywood.com/site-content/uploads/2013/01/RidersGuide_2013.pdf

I'm going to move this thread to a more appropriate section.
