This app (for Android) is not working for me. It started out with my fine on Saturday, but then it stopped reporting wait times. I tried clearing the cache and a force stop. When that didn't work, I reinstalled it. Now it will not display do any thing. I just get a picture of Homer that says no results and to turn on more filters. I've reinstalled several times and also reboot my phone. Any ideas?

I noticed that mine stopped showing wait times this weekend.. Not that I was anywhere near the parks, LOL! I just wanted to try out the app as I count down the days until my next Uni trip.... But I did notice that it didn't seem to be functioning properly for me either.

Hmm, that's strange. Have you checked the Play Store to see if there are any pending updates for the app? I have a Galaxy Note 4 and I don't see wait times either. Maybe they recently changed the settings so that you can't see the wait times unless you're in or near the parks?? All the other features are working OK.

The app is showing ride times on my iPhone. Weird it's not working on android.

Same problem with my Android phone too. I had been watching wait times for HHN to try and plan out the night. And now they are gone. :(

It's the official Universal Orlando app. I used it last year and it was great. Now it's worthless on Android.

Well, on Wednesday night my friend (iPhone sheep) and I (amazing Android) both tried checking for the B&T performance times using the Universal App. On my phone, I got the times for last weekend and my friend got the times for the previous weekend. We took screenshots and he tweeted them to Universal's tech team who actually did respond. However, on Friday, we were both still getting (different) outdated information.

I was disappointed on our trip. Universal even did a #AskUniversal tweet and I asked when the app would be fixed with no reply. Obviously, it didn't ruin our vacation but it put a slight damper on it.
