Universal AP Discount Question

Hey all,

Does anyone know which tickets you get the 15% discount off when you have an AP at Universal?

Do you mean for hotels or dining/shopping. For hotels the Preferred and Premium do, the PowerPass does not. Also discounts are not definite like WDW AP rates, but can be upto 30% off if available. Same applies to dining/shopping discounts they are not included in the PowerPass, neither is free parking.

No we are looking at getting AP's for DH and I as we will more than certainley be going again next year, but the rest of our party will not, it says on the Universal site that you get 15% discount off multi day tickets, and 10% off single day tickets, but can you get 15% off the Flex ticket (5 park) as this is a multi day ticket but it doesn't specifically say.

They also do specials every so often, Twice this year I have had emails offering 50% off 1 day 2 park tickets. Bought one for DMIL at Xmas was about $38 for her to get in both parks for the day.
They also offered admission after 5pm for $19.95 for AP's holders friends and family.

Thanks guys, DH called Universal on Friday and they told him that you can't get the discount off the Flex ticket, that's a shame as it would have worked out well!

I believe there are no discounts on the 7 day or flex tickets. Only on regular priced tickets. You should get emails every 2-3 months with other offers like 1-day 2-park tickets half price.

Yep Wayne is right, Universal confirmed that it's only the regular multi day tickets that you get discount off , not the flex or 7 days ones.
