Hi - I understand that the universal annual pass includes free parking - is that right??:confused3

If so, does that mean if you are staying on site at universal that you don't have to pay hotel parking either??:confused3

thanks alot!!:thumbsup2

I believe you still have to pay parking at the hotels, thats what I was told.

The free parking is with the premium annual pass only (not the power pass) but I'm afraid you still have to pay at the hotel for parking there.
We stayed at RPR about 18 months ago and didn't realise we had to pay for parking until we were checking in, we told the girl this was ridiculous as we were paying enough to stay at this resort and she went out the back, came back out and voila we got it for free. :wizard:

ooh I might try that when we go in 2010!!!:lmao:

I think you're both saying the same thing, Wayne, LOL.

The AP options are:

Power Pass (does not include free parking)
Preferred Pass (free self-parking or discounted preferred self-parking at parks)
Premier Pass (free preferred self-parking or free valet parking at parks)

just bought 2 universal premium passes for our trip that commences 29th December. paid $199 plus tax each. came out at $425. paying over 12 months through universal web site, was going to get flex tickets but with the parking at $12 per day and all the discounts available on the card it was a bit of a no brainer, the parking savings alone will almost cover cost of one of the passes, plus we will use them when we go next year.
Will just need to get a deal on busch and seaworld combo tickets, any ideas....Wayne.

Isn't it Preffered AP at $199? Sure Premimum is more than that.

For S/W Busch then we buy the passports for their also. 1 year costs $159.95 2 years(the one we buy) $239.95
Aquatica can be added for $60 1 year or $90 2 years.
Again with free parking and good discounts.

They are a great deal. Even better is the renewal price when it expires, $109.95. £59/year for 2 parks with great benefits, last time we took DMIL we could buy her a ticket at half price, plus extra hours and discounts, free parking etc, they pay for themselves.
They have been only $99/year to renew since we started with them 5 years ago, they just put them up this year, probably to help pay for Harry Potter world.
Am I fed up with this rain or what? I sanded down our decking May bank holiday its about 30'x12' so far I have managed to re-stain the spindles but just can't get any dry weather to do the base. DW wants it completed by 19th for DS's Birthday BBQ, about 30 people coming around, not looking good.
Last 4 weekends been out Geocaching Sculpture park West Bretton, Upper Cumberworth, Holmefirth, Castle Hill Hudds plus more, got drenched everywhere we have been. Its not just Thornhill and Birkenshaw.:goodvibes

Exactly same as us going August renew this month. You can renew upto 30days after your renewal date and do it there but I have heard they charge for the parking until you renew.
I have always done it by phone it only takes a few minutes. you can log in to your account on here http://www.universalorlando.com/annualpass/index.php.html See your renewal date online and find out renewal costs and the phone # you need.
I just logged in and copied details just incase you have any trouble doing it, details below.
Use a 1p/minute number, I use this one but there are others http://www.telediscount.co.uk/accessnumbers.php
More on Martins site if you have problems with this one http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/cheap-overseas-calls
