Wow. I forwarded your link to my DH - his guitar got lost once, it was so stressful trying to get them to find it! I think its great companies can be held accountable this way.

I find it hard to believe the loss is due entirely to a video about terrible baggage handlers and strong arm lawyers tactics refusing to pay.

have other airlines not posted losses in the same time frame? WIthout videos to blame...
