Unexpected trip .. SW deal!

Yesterday I received a ding for $29 flights from Dulles to MCO, now we usually fly out of BWI but for $29 each!!

So we are off to Disney in June!

OMG You lucky dog!! I would make an unexpected trip too. My daughter and I did that last year when SW tempted us with $49 airfare. Have fun.

SWA released some $29 DING fares from IAD (Dulles) to MCO about a month ago and I was lucky enough to snag tickets for my DSis and I for our trip in 3 weeks. We had been planning to drive, but with prices like this flying makes WAAAAAYYY more $$$ sense and will get us there a lot quicker so we actually wind up with nearly a full day of extra time at WDW.

So glad you also got tickets for this unbelievably great price!

Expert? Hardly. But I can tell you that the $29 DING fare for IAD/MCO was offered about 4 or 5 weeks ago and I got my tickets then. When I got my tickets there were no restrictions to certain days of the week, but this go-round the DING prices were restricted to flights from Mon.-Thur. (no weekend flights).

Bottom line - there is no predicting when DING fares will be released, or what the prices will be, or restrictions (if any). You'll just have to keep checking. And keep coming back to this board. Someone is bound to post a thread if a great DING fare is released.
