Underdog & Tart Girl BOBing on the Magic, Plus the Mystery of the Red Br@ FE

Now it had been debated at home that Robin should were a red wig and dress as Jessica Rabbit, but my suggestion was quickly vetoed and we decided to wear our Mr. & Mrs Incredible jerseys.

We rode quite a few rides before stopping for dinner (turkey leg) and a snack.
Robin LOVES the Dole Whip floats. She prefers pineapple juice with vanilla ice cream. Disney decided to make the vanilla ice cream "green" for Halloween.
While it tasted the same, Robin had a difficult time getting past the color.

Just milling around the park with my sweet polly made it an amazing day.
We love to "people watch" and we loved checking out the different costumes.
Couldnt help but laugh at one lady over by the "smoking area" dressed as Minnie Mouse, puffing away on a cigarette!!

With all the walking, Robins knee was really bothering her later in the day.
She was limping so bad a castmember told us to go to the handicapped entrance on Splash Mntn.
After that we just decided to chill the rest of the evening.

We had a Bob dis meet planned to watch the fireworks and parade in front of Casey's. So we got there early.

unfortunatly, i'll probably be in the hospital then. Got my surgery date. Next tues the 26th at 7 am.

I am soo jealous of you all....doing the party AND eating dole whips. We waited in line for the coveted dole whip and after 35 mins said oh just forget it I dont need it that bad. Well I was wrong..and I am trying to get my crave fix at Rita's. Its so not working.....LOL

OCT 31st late evening.

After the Fireworks and parade we again had to say goodbye to our BoBer friends. As Charlie Brown says....
" I hate goodbyes" " I need more hellos".

We just soaked up the atmosphere after that. Hit a few shops and left the park. The bus situation wasnt up to Disney standards that night because we waited a looooog time. As long as we've ever had to wait for a bus. We didnt get back to our hotel until 1 am.

As always, we stopped for a picture of our brick.

We were supposed to meet up for breakfast with Kathy and the Pancake Sisters on Sunday, but i think the week of running had finally caught up with us and we slept in. Not realizing that we were supposed to set the clocks back an hr that night.

So we woke up on

SUNDAY NOV 1st
feeling sorry for ourselves.
Got some Entemans Danish and ate in the room. (spared no expense).
Then just toured the resort while waiting to get on the Magical Express.

Those of you who've been to our place, know we have one of these Magical Express signs. Had a heck of a time getting it in the suitcase.

Disney really "stuck it to us" and we rode to the airport in a DCL bus.
This is an old pic from a previous trip.but you get the idea.
We tried to get the driver to head to the port, but no luck.

Robin looks way too happy for some one going home. Could it be she's grown weary of her Underdog?

Word on the street is that there is another side to this island where it is "swimsuit tops optional" and i really would have liked to ventured out in search of this marvelous place, but being the gentleman i am,, we stayed nearby.

I heard the same thing. But we actually saw a topless lady near where this was taken. I closed my eyes of course; because it was totally uncalled for.

Holy cow Mike. I saw that picture of Robin and Cassie with the brick before and never really looked at the bricks around them. Funny thing! We know the Scirotino's...Nick, Mike and Sal!!! They went to school with Tony and Jesse.
I wonder if they are the same folks we know from Wisconsin.

I sure wish they would sell those again. I'd love to have one or five.
