I was just wondering if anyone had used UT in the past, and if you did, did you have any problems or issues with using their tickets or services. I have a friend who is going to try them, and I am just hoping that she didn't get scammed!
Thanks!!!

I bought 10day park hoppers from UT for my upcoming trip in 5 days ! The tickets came MUCH faster than expected....delivery to Canada could be up to 12 days, but I got them in 5! Packaging was great, service was amazing, I'll definitely be using them again!

We used them for our trip in 2010 and there were no issues in receiving or using them. Definitely recommend :)

I have been using them for a couple of years now. Never had a problem. As a matter of fact I'm not sure I have ever seen a thread where someone has had a problem with them.

Most on here use UT so they are just fine and typically have the best prices. If your friends have a little time they should sign up for the mousesavers newsletter. In the news letter is a special link to UT that will save them a few dollars off their order. Be aware if they price around UT has the taxes and shipping included in the price others may not.

We used them for our tickets this year and we thought they were excellent.

They were delivered to the UK in about 5 working days and were exactly what I ordered. Will definitely use them again in the future :thumbsup2

used them quite a few times with no problems at all. Tickets cam fast with no extra shipping just using the free free option. Billing was correct and accurate, and tickets were valid. Was also able to attach the tix to my kttw card.::yes::

Used them twice, no problems.

In fact, I just bought tickets this past Friday and they were in my mailbox on Monday. I didn't pay for expedited shipping, either, just took the free option.

That is good to know! Thanks for the answers!
Typically I use our Disney Visa rewards points towards buying tickets @ the Disney Store. This year, we were able to get discounted tickets through my sister in law through her work. It's nice to have options for the future.
Glad my friend isn't getting scammed! It would just be heartbreaking to spend hundreds of $$ on tickets, only to show up at the gates and be told they are worthless!!!!
Thanks friends!

They are great - have used them 3 times so far. The first time we picked them up in Orlando and the past 2 times we used the free shipping option - it was very quick for us as well, received in about 3 business days.

Add one more to the list of fans. Any time we're not partaking of an on property package, we buy from UT. Always fast and cheaper than any other valid option. There are further discounts available if you subscribe to some of the Disney discount newsletters. Not a lot more, but nowadays, every dollar counts.

Used them last month. Would definitely do it again. FYI, you can put your tickets on your room key if you are staying at a disney hotel.

Used them in 2007, and again in 2011. No problems at all. Couldn't be happier with their prices and service, and will absolutely use them again next trip :thumbsup2

A few years ago a pretty hefty price increase was going through on non-expiring passes and I placed an order on Saturday afternoon. They had a question about my zip code and called me first thing on Monday morning even though they were swamped with orders! :thumbsup2

Love 'em! Just placed an order yesterday. The only time I have chosen to order otherwise is when I need WDW tickets of less than 3 days. :thumbsup2

Last year I heard that the price of tickets was going up, so I bought from Undercover Tourist using the link in the Mousesavers newsletter right before the price increase. The tickets don't start to expire until you first use them, so it worked out great for us. The tickets worked fine when we got to Disney World. I bought 4 tickets and saved $185.10.

I used them as well, and the price was great and shipping was fast.

Would recommend them for sure.

I bought tickets from them for the first time this year. I was super impressed with their service! :thumbsup2 They are a reputable reseller of WDW tickets and a lot of Disboarders use them and recommend them. Definitely sign up for the Mousesavers.com newsletter because the link they have will save you even more money.
