Hello everybody. So it says E ticket is not refundable AND I have to wait in line to turn into real ticket.
Mailed ticket says it is refundable and I don't have to wait in line?
They are the same price.
What am I missing here? Why would anyone buy an E-ticket?

I bought an e-ticket because I can add it to my Disney account ahead of time. No need to wait in line. I bought mine and five minutes later it was added to my MDE.

That's exactly what I did. As soon as I got my code I entered it into my MDE so I'd not have to worry about linking it later for FPs.

E-tickets can immediately be added to MDE, handy if you have FP day coming up sooner than later or if you're buying your ticket close to arrival day. If you have Magic bands you don't have to go to Guest Services to get a hard ticket, since magic bands are linked to your MDE and your tickets would be loaded there. The line at Guest services to get a hard card is not really a big deal if you need a hard card because you don't have magic bands.

Hard tickets are useful if there's any chance you plan to cancel your trip, if you aren't staying at an onsite hotel or purchasing magic bands, or if you just prefer having hard tickets for peace of mind.

I don't think you would need to wait in line. If you have a MagicBand linked to your account you are set and can enter and use FP+ by scanning your MagicBand. If you do not have a MagicBand I believe they can issue you a plastic ticket at the gate as you enter. Even if they cannot, you can get a plastic ticket at any ticket window and those usually do not have much of a wait.

If you feel like you might want to return the ticket, go with the option to have them mail you the plastic card (note there is a restocking fee). If you don't feel like you might want to return it, or you need a ticket linked to your account quickly (more quickly than USPS can get it to you) for FP selection, go with the e-ticket.

I believe you only need to wait in line if you need the physical card (because you don't have magic bands).
We do mailed tickets because we buy bands for the kids (we stay offsite) but my husband and i use the physical ones for park entry, fast passes, and photopass. So we don't want to have to go get the phyiscal tickets in person when we arrive to rope drop day 1! We buy far enough in advance that its no problem to wait the week or so to have them mailed to us to add them to MDE.

Note that the hard tickets are only refundable until you've scratched off the foil covering the last digits of the ticket number. So they won't be refundable once you've added them to mde.
