Anyone ever had trouble with Undercover Tourist E-tickets? We've just planned a spur of the moment trip and I wanting to get my tickets through them, however, I don't have time to have them mailed. Just want to make sure they have a good reputation with the e-tickets. I've used them many times for the tickets that they mailed to me - just wanted to double check on the email tickets.

TIA

I've bought them before. The only hiccup was that they made me send in a picture of my ID before they'd put the purchase through. They sent the confirmation numbers for MDE over right after I sent it.

No issues at all with them for our trip earlier this month!

Same experience as Tatertot, they had to verify the credit card by asking for an ID. But right after, I received all the ticket numbers through email and was able to link it to MDE without any trouble!

I ordered them 6 weeks or so ago, and I didn't need any ID. They said it could take a dayish, but I got them almost immediately. No problems linking them or getting fastpasses.

There was a thread on here a while ago about the "picture of ID" thing and a rep (owner?) of UT came on to tell everyone that they changed this policy.
I've ordered from them many times and never had an issue.

So I would just buy from Disney directly. I have used UT at least five times in the past and never had trouble until this time. I went to link my tickets and one of them would not link. When I contacted UT, they told me it was an issue for Disney to handle and they should have no problem linking the ticket. However, when I called Disney, they said UT sold me a ticket that was blank. It wasn't uploaded with any park entry. So since I bought it from UT, they would have to take care of it. Well, back to UT and I am told that they don't have anyone in the office on the weekends who can take care of this. Their Disney rep is only available during the week!!!! I was really surprised about that.
The issue was that I had to have my tickets linked that day because my fastpass window opened the next morning at 6am! So, with all that said I bought another ticket from Disney and am in the process of doing a return with UT. Granted, if you link your tickets during the week and are sure everything is working then you will probably be fine with UT. However, what if you have problems with your ticket for entry on a Saturday?!?! No Disney rep, so you are just out of luck??? For the 30.00 more, I want to know that I can go to guest service and get any issue taken care of...

Save the potential hassle and order directly from Disney. The tickets will automatically show up in your MDE account.

I've only used them for hard tickets that I have in hand, and there was no issue. The advantage was that my UT ticket was cheaper due to Disney having had just announced a price increase.

What is the price difference for buying the e-ticket through UT vs the online advance purchase ticket price directly through Disney? It might be easier to just buy from Disney.

Same experience here.

Our only issue is that my mother was using her CC to buy the tickets but I listed my husband's name as the e-ticket contact since he was most likely to have his driver's license on him when going to guest services in person. Easily fixed but I'd suggest making sure the purchaser and name on the ticket is the same for eliminate any delays.
