Undercover Tix / EE / FOL Questions

Hi there,

I leave in 3 weeks for my first ever trip to Universal. We are super excited. Staying at HRH for two nights and spending two days in the parks. I ordered park to park tickets through Undercover Tourist. Here are my questions:

- The tickets I have from UT appear to be real tickets. They are not vouchers. Can I just go straight to the gates to get it or do I need to stop at the hotel desk or the ticket sales window first?

- If we are doing EE one morning, do I need anything special to prove I am staying at HRH? What do I need and where do I get it?

- For FOL throughout the day, do I need anything other than my room key?

You'll need your room key for EE. For front of the line (express pass), there will be kiosks at your hotel for you to print these. A room key will be assigned to each guest, then you swipe that, take a photo and your Express Pass will print. One pass will work for your whole trip.

We just got back from our first trip and I highly recommend a lanyard to hold your park ticket, express pass and room key. They'll scan your express pass at the attractions so it's nice to have it handy.

when doing EE for the park, look for the sign that states, "onsite hotel guests".

that is the line you use to reach the ticket gate entrance.
