Underage rates

Anyone know who has the lowest rates for an underage driver? We are traveling from 11/17 - 11/24 and we already have 2 cars but my 22 year old brother wants to rent his own... any suggestions?

I would advise him to stick with you guys and save his two hundred bucks for souveniers and such. If he MUST rent his own car, L&M car rental is only 10 dollars per day for underage drivers. However, I booked with Enterprise with a 20% off coupon and it was a little less than L &M, plus I would prefer to rent from a more well known company. (Not knocking L &M) He might also check out Budget, I think they are 15 dollars extra per day for underage, which is pretty good considering most companies charge 20-25 extra a day. Good luck!

Enterprise and E-Z Rental (owned by L&M) tend to have good rates for younger drivers. If you're price sensitive check some of the smaller companies.
