I know children under 3 do not need a park ticket or FP, but do they need to be included in an ADR?

Follow up: does anyone think securing a reservation for 3 at CRT or BOG would any easier than for 4? I'm guessing probably not.

Everyone needs to be counted in the ADR regardless of age.
This is for seating arrangements and fire code.

Even infants need to be included in your ADR count, as stated by others.

Unless a restaurant has 3 top tables, ADRs for 4 are sometime easer to get than for 3, as a party of 3 would be seated at a table for 4, resulting in unused space.

I don't know if CRT or BOG have 3 tops.
