Hey all, a friend and I are heading for a vaca and noticed rates are much much higher for people under 25. Is there ANY way to save money? Is it possible to get the fees waived? (long shot, i know :earboy2: ) Thanks for any help :)

If you work for a company with a corporate acct. with a rental company you may get the fees waived. But other than that you will end up paying the extra money.

I am 24 and one of the reasons why my friend and I are going to Disney is because we won't have to rent a car. I am a teacher and a member of the National Education Association (kind of like our national union) whom we have a car rental agreement. I called the two agencies and stated I was an NEA member, but they said they would still have to charge me the extra surcharge. Stinky, huh? :(

Thanks for the replies. I'm looking into some off-airport locations. Well, we'll see :)
