I'm sure I knew this sometime in the past before I started suffering from Mommy brain so please bear with me if this is a dumb question ... we are considering breakfast at Hollywood & Vine for our January trip as my youngest, who will be 20 months at the time, loves Handy Manny. My question is, will she be charged for a buffet meal? She will likely pick off of our plates but will in no way eat much.
TIA

As long as a child is under three years old there is no charge for the child at any WDW buffet or other all you can eat location. This includes allowing the child its own plate and beverages.

If it is counter service or menu service then you have to pay for anything ordered for the child.

Thank you!! Both of my kids eat like little birds, I know I have to pay the kids price for my 7 year old but couldn't remember the cut off age for the little ones. She's going to love seeing Manny in person :lovestruc
