I worked in an office during that period of time and yes we wore very short shirts, pants were a no no then to work as someone else said. I used to have to go to another building to the computer lab every day to get the print outs which were those large fold out papers that weighed about ten pounds each

The computer people did wear white coats and some of the women in there did of course wear very similar outfits to hers. Her outfit is in language of that era right on
