Unbearable lag this morning!

im in my room and i go to load my furniture and all i get is a blank white screen for about 5 minutes. When it finally goes away, it says i crashed.

Not only do I contiunally crash on Fireworks, now I am getting some kind of Access Code violation from VMK Pal!!

How's a girl suppose to make a buck??
