Unable to Upgrade Tickets?

Hello!

I was hoping to upgrade our current unused tickets through MDE but I only see the option to reassign the tickets.

Does anyone have the option to upgrade their tickets or is this missing altogether right now?

Tickets are 5 day non-hopper tickets.

Any tips are greatly appreciated!

I tried to upgrade my ap and didn't have any luck. I called and they told me those kind of transactions are on hold right now

Thank you! Before I tried to look on MDE, I asked them via chat and they told me to do it on MDE. But then that option wasn't there. Looks like wires are crossed which is fine, was just hoping I could upgrade today as I'm booking our FPs!

I wanted to upgrade our tickets also. It has the option to reassign . No options to upgrade.

Try doing it from the website instead of from the app. Sometimes that works for me!

We have upgraded at the
Gate before maybe thats an option

Give them a call. I was told the other day they would be able to upgrade my ticket because I needed to change it due to a June trip being moved,

Unfortunately, I had bought from UT so had to deal with them, but had I bought directly with Disney, they would have been able to help.
