Unable to link British Airway Disney tickets to MDE?

Hi everyone,

i have recently booked a trip to Disney for November 2023 I was just setting up the MDE app and tried to link the tickets but unfortunately could not find it. I have just been speaking to Disney on the live chat for about half an hour trying to help me link my hotel but couldnt do my tickets. Has anyone had any problems like this before? I’ve contacted ba And said they will contact Disney but haven’t heard anything yet.

any Help would be appreciated.

Are you sure you're using the right number on the ticket? We bought a couple different kinds of tickets for our trip, and some of them had the number in a different place.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve unfortunately been in contact with them about 4 different times and have been given different numbers but they’ve been unable to link to the app and Disney couldn’t find it on their system

Was eventually told to use a different site to redeem the tickets… panic over!

Glad you were able to figure it out. You Most likely had to add the tickets to your mde on the Disney uk site. Same login and password. Just mentioning In case anyone else is looking for solutions. The US site is picky for tickets not purchased from US Vendors.

I think OP meant park tickets purchased via BA, not airline tickets to fly on BA.
