Unable to contact UT post Irma

Hi,

New poster, but long time lurker.

I have been unable to contact my TA as they are based in Daytona Beach. I really need to alter some dates due to Irma, and have not been able to contact via phone or email. Any suggestions or ideas when UT(Undercover Tourist) will be back up as it is time sensitive and a hotel reservation.

Have you tried contacting via Facebook? Either post on their wall or send an instant message. That might work

Is it just their "base" in Daytona but is your agent possibly from somewhere else, or is there another agent that can help? For instance my agency is based in NC but we have agents all across the country. As the pp said, if a client couldn't get in touch with their specific agent, we have a Facebook page as well as a website the client could contact us through. I think the only reason you shouldn't be able to get in contact with someone is if every agent is based there and nobody has access to their computers now.
