Unable to Check Dates in 2021

I was just in the WDW website trying to check availability in 2021 and the calendar is grayed out for that year. Has anyone been able to make reservations recently in 2021? I also checked a third party website and they show WDW resorts as being sold out.

Until official prices & packages are released, you have to call to make reservations. You can make them on the phone up to 499 days out, I believe.

You may also be waiting longer than usual to see dates pop up online as everything has been delayed thus far. You can most certainly call.

I just changed my May 2020 reservation to June 2021. You have to call but they’re accepting room only reservations through September 2021. Cast member told me we most likely will be able to add tickets to the reservation around September of this year and discounts will be released in January or February.

WDW traditionally releases package pricing in early summer of the year prior, so keep an eye out for packages to be released in June/July. If you want to eventually add tickets and/or dining, but you want to reserve a 2021 room now, make sure to ask to book a "basic package" when you call WDW so you can easily add tickets/dining to your room once packages open.

They have not released the 2021 packages yet. You have to call if you want to book room only 499 or less out.
