Yes, by baring my picture now I know I'll stay motivated to get to Onederland! This was taken this past weekend- so I'd already lost 8 pounds (10 as of today!)- that's my youngest daughter that turned 4. I'm at 226 and hope to be at 195 by the end of September. I'll post new pictures every month (hopefully showing 10 pound losses) on my journal- thanks to all of you for the great support!! All my love and encouragement-

What a great picture! You must be tall - you look so good. I weigh quite a bit less - but I'm short and round w/ skinny arms and legs and I look like a snowball with sticks poking out! You are going to look fantastic (wait a minute, you already do)!
