Ultimate Hooper Pass

We are due to stay in POR in August and have purchased the Ultimate Hooper Pass throughout our stay. Having seen the Annual pass prices, I was wondering if I could change to AP.
Does anyone know if this is possible ?

Remember that an annual pass will not get you into Disney Quest or the water parks if you were planning on going there. You would have to buy a Premium Annual Pass.

If you purchased the UPH as part of a package plan (Fairytale, Dream Maker, etc) then you cannot upgrade it to an AP.

If you purchased it as an add-on to a room only reservation or if you are purchasing it at resort check-in, yes you can.

We purchased through our TA when we booked POR. Would a TA issue a PAP ?

Does a PAP have the same options as a UHP, such as free car parking, EE, and access to parks if full ?

Travel agents don't issue tickets, Disney does. Who you purchased your UPH through isn't what's important. It's what you purchased. If it is a package, you can't upgrade it.
