I wonder if anyone can help me with the correct number I need to call to get hold of Member Services when calling from the UK.

I have been given several different numbers, one that takes me through to AT&T and asks for a pin number and then one that goes through to BT and then I have no idea where to go from there :confused3

Plus also someone at memeber services just told me I can only call from a BT landline.......is that correct because if it is I am worried because I don't use a land line only a mobile.

I understand you can not put the number up on the site for all to see but if somone could PM me with the information that would be great !!! :thumbsup2

Thanks in advance

Hi,
If you log on at dvcmember.com and then select "contact us" From the drop down menu select "contact us overview" All the International toll free numbers are listed there.

Hi there

Thanks for the info, I went and took a look but it still stays BT line, does that mean I really can only call from a BT land line ?? :confused3

Thanks again for the info

Hi Sarah,
I believe the Freephone number they give you to call member services will only work from a BT landline phone as freephone numbers are not normally free from a mobile. have you checked with your mobile network?

You want to use the US freefone number when you get through to the AT&T number. Not sure about BT line but as they AT&T line is a UK freefone number then mobiles probably charge for it.

think it would work the same as the free phone numbers here as in if you are calling from a mobile you get charged.

If you call the UK freephone number (from a BT phone) you are then prompted to put in another number. The number you put in is the US member services number and it clicks through. Tried this yesterday and it worked fine.
